This policy is in place to guarantee that every customer receives a fresh, unopened products that meet the highest standards of quality.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on cosmetics and skincare products after we confirm your order . This includes situations where a product is not as expected or if there has been a change of mind. We recommend thoroughly reviewing product descriptions and details before making a purchase.
Cancellation Policy

Before Shipment: If you need to cancel your order, you can do so anytime before the order has been shipped. Simply contact us as fast as possible, and we’ll process the cancellation and issue a full refund.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible except in cases where the product arrives damaged. In such cases, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Damaged Products: If your order arrives damaged, we are here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product, providing a description and photo of the damage. (a video will be much appreciated!) We will promptly review your case and, if approved, offer a replacement or full refund. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Claims Process: We carefully inspect all claims to ensure fairness. If a product appears to be tampered with or if the reported damage cannot be verified, we may not be able to approve the return or refund request.
